Well I definitely stumbled upon something interesting. If you like astronomy and such things (or even not) then you will probably find this something interesting to look at. It's called Worldwide Telescope and it's a program that takes images from all the land and space-based telescopes to combine them into a properly scaled holistic universe with what we have found so far. Well, I finally finished up the single-player campaign so I figured I'd give a little review on the game. I did however run into an extremely large glitch which stopped me from completing the game last night and forced me to replay through the last level...hopefully if you play through it you won't have to suffer through the same fate So...let's start this review. I was extremely excited when I started loading up the game. The anticipation was building, and the company logos in the intro videos were just getting in my way and slowing me down. Skipping through to the main menu and quickly starting up single-player seemed to have helped me out some as I said to myself, "I can finally play Crysis without worrying about chugging along at a framerate of 5-10FPS." All of this was true, the framerate was smooth through the entire game with the exception of a few moments, and all of this was on High settings with a few notches kicked up to Very High at a resolution of 1680x1050. All-in-all though, this game is extremely demanding as you may already know, but the beauty of it sure is worth the occassional slow-downs. And when I say beautiful...I mean b-e-a-utiful!
